CAC Meetings and Agendas

The VCE Community Advisory Committee generally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public.

The CAC’s March 23, 2023 meeting has been CANCELLED.

The CAC’s next meeting is scheduled for: 5 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the City of Davis Community Chambers, located at 23 Russell Blvd., Davis, California 95616. THIS WILL BE AN IN-PERSON MEETING AND (CURRENTLY) ZOOM PARTICIPATION WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED OR AVAILABLE.

Public comments may be submitted in writing or in person at the meeting.

Public participation via e-mail: If you have anything that you wish to be distributed to the CAC and included in the official record, please e-mail it to VCE staff at Meetings@ValleyCleanEnergy.org.  If information is received by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the CAC meeting it will be e-mailed to the CAC members and other staff prior to the meeting.  If it is received after 3:00 p.m. the information will be distributed after the meeting, but within 24 hours of the conclusion of the meeting. 

Verbal public participation during the meeting:  If you would like to make a verbal public comment, please complete a Comment Card and provide it to the Board Clerk. VCE staff will acknowledge that you have a public comment to make during the item and will call upon you to make your verbal comment.  

Please note that the numerical order of items on the agenda is for convenience of reference. Items may be taken out of order on the request of any CAC member with the concurrence of the other Members. Staff recommendations are advisory to the CAC.

The CAC is an integral part of VCE and has been “charged” by the Board to provide input on issues, opportunities and challenges impacting VCE.

At the Board’s October 14, 2021 meeting, the structure of the Community Advisory Committee changed to 11 representatives—2 from each VCE jurisdiction, and 3 At-Large seats. Positions on this Advisory Board are voluntary.
