VCE is excited to be participating in the Winters Carnitas Festival (Festival de la Comunidad)! This family and pet friendly event features a carnitas cook-off, a cultural show of folklórico, live music, food trucks, local vendors, and children’s entertainment. The festival is free to attend, food and drinks available for purchase. Carnitas dinner plates are $20 and can (and should!) be purchased in advance.
