Opt-out of VCE

Valley Clean Energy means cleaner, greener energy at competitive rates. However, if you choose to opt out of VCE and stay with PG&E, you may do so quickly and easily. If you want more information, visit our FAQs here or you can reach us directly by email at customerservice@valleycleanenergy.org.

If you are a Net Energy Metering (NEM) customer and your annual true-up date is more than 60 days away, if you wish to opt-out you need to speak to a customer service representative. Please contact us at (855) 699-8232 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday to speak to a customer service representative. If your true-up date is within the next 60 days and you wish to opt-out, you may do so online or by calling (855) 699-8232.
