Yolo County Regional Resilience Collaborative
VCE is proud to participate in the Yolo County Regional Resilience Collaborative.
This invite-only regional initiative brings together local governments, Tribal representatives, community-based organizations, special districts, and academic institutions to help shape a shared vision for climate resilience rooted in equity and local priorities.
VCE is honored to join partners from across the region in supporting collaborative planning for a more resilient future.
Business Showcase Mixer
Valley Clean Energy is excited to attend the Capay Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Showcase & Mixer!
This community event brings together local businesses, nonprofits, schools, service organizations, and residents for an evening of networking, collaboration, education, and connection while showcasing everything that makes the Capay Valley region unique.

State of the City
VCE is excited to attend the Woodland Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the City event!
This annual gathering brings together community leaders, local businesses, city officials, and residents to hear updates on important community initiatives, local developments, and ongoing projects. This year’s event features presentations from Mayor Tom Stallard and City Manager Ken Hiatt.
VCE looks forward to joining community members and partners for this important conversation about Woodland’s future.
The Winters Salmon Festival
Join us in celebrating the return of salmon to Putah Creek on Saturday, November 7, from 11 AM – 4 PM for the 9th Annual Winters Salmon Festival at Winters Rotary Park, 201 E Main St., Winters, CA 95694. This event is FREE to attend.
Enjoy toe-tapping live music, mouthwatering bites from local food trucks, and fun-for-all-ages vendors as we celebrate the amazing journey of the salmon—and the community spirit that keeps Putah Creek thriving!
EVs at the Pavilion and Transportation Fair
Interested in learning more about EVs or other forms of clean or active transport, taking one for a test drive? Join us for this event hosted by Cool Davis.
Festival de la Comunidad/Carnitas Festival
Join us in celebrating on Saturday, September 26, from 4 PM – 10 PM for the Festival de la Comunidad/Carnitas Festival at 201 E Main St., Winters, CA 95694. This event is FREE to attend.
The Festival de la Comunidad is a community event sponsored by the Winters Community Corazón and Winters Hispanic Advisory Committee to celebrate our community and the rich cultural diversity that makes Winters such a special place.

Farm Connection Day is almost here and we’re excited to be part of it!
Join us Friday, May 1 at the Yolo County Fairgrounds for a day of hands-on agricultural learning, bringing together over 1,400 students from across Yolo County.
Stop by the VCE booth while you’re there to learn how clean energy supports a more sustainable future for our farms and communities.

California Honey Festival
We’re buzzing with excitement for the California Honey Festival! 🐝🍯
Join the celebration at the Yolo County Fairgrounds on May 16–17 for honey tastings, local vendors, and activities celebrating the pollinators that help sustain our ecosystems.
Stop by the Valley Clean Energy booth while you’re there to learn how clean energy helps support a healthier environment for our communities and local wildlife.
Winters Youth Day
Join us for Winters Youth Day on April 25! 🎉
This community celebration brings families together for a day of local vendors, food, activities, and fun in the heart of Winters.

Davis Downtown Treat Trail
Downtown Davis is about to be buzzing with energy!
The annual Downtown Davis Treat Trail is back, this community-powered event is a family-favorite tradition! It’s the kind of local energy we love to see: powered by its people (and maybe a few pieces of candy, too). We’ll see you there just outside the VCE office. We’ll be the ones in funny energy themed costumes!
8th Annual Winters Salmon Festival
Something’s splashing back into Yolo County!

Davis Winter Wonderland and Candlelight Parade
The Davis Winter Wonderland & Candlelight Parade returns on Thursday, December 4, from 6:30–8:30 PM — and we’re bringing a little extra movie magic! VCE is sponsoring Olaf’s Frozen Adventure at The Varsity Theater with free showings at 6:00, 6:40, and 7:20 PM. Bring the whole family and soak in the winter joy!
The 111th Almond Festival
Capay Valley’s beloved Almond Festival returns for its 111th year! First held in 1915, this long-running community tradition continues with a weekend full of food, music, and local flavor in the heart of Capay Valley. Valley Clean Energy is excited to be part of this historic celebration and we hope to see you there!
