Mary-Kathryn Rueff joined VCE in September 2024 as the Program and Community Engagement Associate Analyst. Prior to joining VCE, Mary-Kathryn served as a CivicSpark fellow with the City of Richmond where she worked on Climate Action Plan updates, green and blue workforce development, contract procurement, and supporting and developing energy efficiency offerings, as well as hosting community events. Mary-Kathryn holds a B.A. In Biochemistry from DePauw University and a M.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mary-Kathryn is also currently working towards an M.B.A in Sustainability and Social Impact from Presidio Graduate School.
